Kid Update

Leah keeps on getting bigger. I have officially moved her out of all 3 to 6 month clothing and into 6 to 9 month clothes. My memory of the boys is that they grew in spurts, whereas Leah seems to steadily grow larger every day. At this age she is just a little bigger than the two of them were.

Leah has been grabbing at our arms while she is sitting in our laps. However so cute, her little tiny nails scratch our arms, so we get little cuts all over are hands and arms from her. She kneads like a cat.

Avery and Zachary had Father's Day celebrations at school this week. Each class had different father-child activities. Avery shaved Eli with shaving cream and a popsicle stick, they played a mini-golf game, and had ice cream and cupcakes. In Zachary's class they served breakfast, made picture frames, and explored the classroom together.

Eli was off from work for three days last week because he caught the flu. It was awful. He barely ate and spent most of his time sleeping, or at least trying to sleep through the coughing fits. He wasn't allowed to touch the baby and is still being very careful to wash his hands frequently around the rest of us.
